•  Check-in time 16:00

Your room will be ready starting at 4 pm. If you arrive after 9 pm, we would like you to notify us.

• Check-out time 11:00

We ask you to leave the room no later than 11:00 on the day of your departure. If you want to stay longer in your room, we will see if this is possible.

The entire house and bistro are non-smoking. You are only allowed to smoke on the terrace. Ask us for an ashtray. Butts on the ground are not fun or enjoyable for anyone.

• Dogs are very welcome, but first a phone call, otherwise it won't work. We charge 14 euros/day for your dog.
• We would also like to welcome people who are afraid of a dog or who do not want a dog in their environment. That is why we would like to welcome you at individual times.
• If you have more than 1 dog, we would be happy to welcome you to our Gîte 'La forge de MAiSSiN'.

• If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the expected day of arrival, we will charge 30% of the reservation;
• If you cancel less than 2 weeks before the expected day of arrival, we will charge 50% of the reservation;
• If you cancel less than 4 nights before the expected day of arrival, we will charge the total value of your stay;
• If you don't show up, don't let us know or shorten your stay, we will charge the total stay.
